I have never been married, I have not yet found the right guy, but I often think how I would plan my big day for when I do finally find the right person to settle down with. More precisely, what kind of wedding day would I have?
Where would I like to have the ceremony?
What theme would I have?
What kind of flowers would I choose?
What would my dress look like?
How many guests would I invite?
What kind of food will there be?
Where will the reception be held?
Where will the photographer come from?
Will I have champagne or wine to toast?
Where will I go on my honeymoon? (Obviously, this being the most important thought!)
And then I consider how much all of this going to cost?!
Weddings are supposed to be about being with the one you love for the rest of your life, but it usually ends up being a day that goes by in blur after spending weeks, months or even years preparing for.
Not to put a complete downer on the whole wedding scenario, you do end up with plenty of pretty pictures and gifts to keep you occupied in your old age and many memories that you can share with family and friends for years to come.
After the happy couple have spent all of this time organising their special day for you to share with them, it really would be a nice touch if you spent some time thinking about the wedding gift you would like to get them that they could either use or enjoy whilst relaxing after their whirlwind day.
For useful wedding gifts, you could purchase a household gift perhaps? Something like a chopping board, some bed linen, or a set of plates for example. However, these kinds of gifts are quite boring and do not really show that you have put too much thought into thinking about the wedding gift. Consider going for a unique wedding gift, or a personalised wedding gift. If you want to get a present that will help them relax or have a nice time remembering their special day, then how about a bottle of personalised champagne gifts
or a champagne set
for example. Both of these gifts show that you have put some time, thought and effort into their wedding gift. On the personalised champagne gift, you can put the date of the marriage or wedding ceremony, the bride and grooms names and even the venue too. Personalised champagne is great as a gift the couple can take with them and crack open on their honeymoon and engraved champagne
is a beautiful gift the pair can treasure forever and perhaps open on their 10th, 25th or even 50th wedding anniversary… now there is a thought!
Choose from the range of champagne gift sets
for a unique gift that the wedding couple will no doubt love. Go for brand champagne sets, if you want to give the feeling you have spent a lot (but in fact have not!), alternatively, you may wish to go for a house champagne set, for the more affordable option. If you wish to stick with the personalised theme, go for a personalised champagne gift sets
No matter which champagne gift set you pick, it will be the perfect wedding gift for the bride and groom to enjoy once their special day is over.Date posted: 09/04/2010
