In purchasing wine from WineGifts4U the customer agrees that they are not below 18 years of age or acting as an agent for anyone under 18 years of age. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on, we reserve the right to pause the transaction. The customer will be informed by email or post of the correct price of the item(s) ordered and given the option to either continue with their order if they so desire or to obtain a refund for the amount originally received for the particular items.

Returns Policy Missing, Wrong, Faulty or Damaged goods

If a gift is found to be missing, wrong, faulty or damaged upon receipt WineGifts4U must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by phone, so we can either arrange a convenient collection of the wrong/damaged/faulty goods or ask you to send the goods back via first class post (please note: we are unable to refund special delivery costs). Once the items have been received back to our depot (at the above address), we will replace the wrong, damaged or faulty item for a replacement within 2-3 working days, stock permitting. Wrong, missing, damaged or faulty goods brought to our attention after this 24 hour time period will remain charged for.

If you have received wrong, damaged or faulty item(s), we may request that you send the gift(s) back to us at the address above. We will replace the wrong, damaged or faulty item for you within 2-3 working days from receipt of return. However, if you no longer require the item at this point, we will happily refund the cost of the gift or gifts excluding any special delivery charges incurred by you to send the item(s) back to us.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we may ask you to send us photographic evidence by email, or alternatively have the item(s) sent back to us, before we can send any replacements out. Should you require a gift sooner than you are able to send a photograph, or have the damaged or faulty item(s) sent back to us, we will need to take a new payment for the full amount of the gift, which will be refunded upon receipt of the original incorrect, damaged or faulty item(s) back to our premises.

Delivery Information

Where do we deliver? currently only delivers gifts FREE nationally to all mainland addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. By accepting these terms and conditions you realise that the FREE DELIVERY only covers Monday-Friday deliveries to mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland addresses. Unless the item is shipped via Royal Mail in which case Saturday delivery maybe applicable. Delivery can take between 2 to 7 working days.

Items weighing less than 2kg (equivalent to one 75cl bottle) will also be delivered to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man at the same cost outlined in the shopping cart via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. However, should you require an item that weighs more than 2kg, delivery can still be arranged at an additional charge. Should this be the case a member of staff will contact you within 48 working hours to take the extra payment. Please Note: inputting an overseas delivery address may delay delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery to countries outside of the UK, including the European Union, Australia and the USA can be arranged at extra cost, for further information contact our customer services team on 01775 640788 before placing your order.

Please Note: Saturday deliveries can be arranged to mainland England, Wales and Scotland at an extra cost of £22 (for delivery before 12pm) on top of any other delivery charge stated in the shopping cart. Please call us on 01775 640788 (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) for payment.

Delivery Information and Times offers a fast and free UK delivery service to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible in relation to the items requested.

Normally gifts sent with Interlink and the Royal Mail are delivered within 2-7 working days from receipt of payment, with the exception of queried items, which will be 2-7 working days from the resolution of the query.

Therefore, gifts ordered with WineGifts4U should be received within 7 working days from date of payment. If this appears not to be the case, you agree to contact WineGifts4U via phone and email by the 7th working day in order chase the order up, or to re-arrange delivery, which may incur, should it be found that delivery has already been attempted a £7 re-delivery charge. If you do not get in touch with us within 7 working days of the date of payment and your items are sent back to us after delivery has been attempted, a fee of £11 (the fee paid to Interlink to have the gift returned back to WineGifts4U) plus a re-delivery fee of £5 will be charged before the item can be sent back out again. Should you no longer the item at this point, we shall happily refund the original amount paid minus a 10 percent handling fee plus £11.

Orders over the value of £500 may take slightly longer than 7 working days to be delivered. Please get in touch on + 44 (0)1775 640788 for more specific delivery times of larger orders, as we are able to work to deadlines!

UK Delivery Charges

Delivery to UK based addresses is FREE on our standard 2-7 working day service. However if you require your gift to be delivered sooner than 7 working days, a £5 delivery charge will be required - please call our office on 01775 640788 BEFORE placing your order to find out how.

Other special deliveries can be arranged at extra costs. Please find pricing outlined below for a guide. If you wish to take any of these options, please ensure you call the office before placing your order to ensure we can meet your requirements and so we can give you a code to input when making payment.

Interlink Express Delivery Instructions

All deliveries require a signature, where the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery the courier will try and deliver again. Should there be no-one to collect the parcel on the second attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the local Interlink Express depot, kept for 3 working days and then will subsequently be sent back to WineGifts4U. Should you require the gift to be re-delivered, re-delivery will incur a £11 delivery charge on all bottle gifts and gift sets and a £5 delivery charge on all other gifts, to be paid before the goods are sent back out. Should you no longer require the goods at this point, we will be happy to refund the cost of the goods once we receive them back in their original condition excluding a handling fee of £5 and the £11 charge incurred to have the items sent back to us at the premises of WineGifts4U.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

Royal Mail requires a signature to confirm receipt of packages. If no-one is in when an attempted delivery is made, a note will be left advising the recipient to collect the parcel from their local Royal Mail Depot or Post Office. Should the parcel not be collected and signed for within 5 days of the note being left, any packages will be returned to WineGifts4U. Re-delivery will incur a delivery charge of £7 for bottle gifts and gift sets and £5 for all other gifts, to be paid before the goods are re-delivered. Should you no longer require the goods at this stage we will be happy to refund the cost of the items.


Cancellations: If you place an order with WineGifts4U and then decide that you would like to cancel the order, please notify WineGifts4U by phone and email. If the order has not been dispatched, a 20 % handling fee will be taken off the total amount refunded. If the item has already been dispatched, please return the item back to WineGifts4U at the address above at your own cost. Upon receipt, the goods will be checked and if found to be in the condition that the items left us in, the amount of the item(s) minus a 20 % handling charge will be refunded back to your original card.

Unwanted Items: If you receive your order and decide that you no longer want or require it and would like to return the order (or part of the order) to WineGifts4U. Please send the item(s) back in it's/their original condition. Once the items have been checked a refund will be carried out for the full amount of the items minus a 20% handling charge.

Personalised Items: Personalised products (providing they have been personalised to initial requirements) will not be refunded under any circumstance unless faulty or damaged. operates all other refunds at the discretion of the management team.

Force Majeure promises to exercise every reasonable effort to meet a requested dispatch date. However, WineGifts4U shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its realistic control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

Privacy Policy

WineGifts4U collects the information submitted by the customer at the time of order not only to process the customers' purchase, but also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We use all information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If the customer does not wish to receive any promotional material they have the option to un check the relevant box when leaving details.

Please note that information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you don not confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed. We will not use this data for any other purpose, we will not store it for longer than necessary and we will not share it with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.
